I submitted on the 15th of November and didn't actually get my email from them with my status checker until the 28th but my status checker says I was actually complete on the 18th.

Anyway in an email I received it said "the Admissions Committee will begin reviewing files in December 2011." So they probably are looking at applications right now?

@kmokeefe: Let's hope they are reviewing apps right now. Hopefully we will know something in the next week or so.

What a tease, I got an email this morning titled "Mercer Law - Welcome from Dean Simson" thinking it was an acceptance email I got really excited, but nope it was an email telling me I should apply. All ready did that, guys.

Where does Mercer rank for you as far as which colleges you want to go to?

Thanks! I most definitely will.

Pretty much all of the schools I applied to have equal weight for me right now, the deciding factor for me is going to be which school will end up being the cheapest for me, because I have some debt from undergrad, I'm paying for all of this by myself, and I want to do public interest law.

I think after my finals wind down and I'm home for winter break I'm going to write the essay for the George W. Woodruff Scholarship, worth a shot, I suppose.

I was browsing a few LSN profiles from last year and the ones I looked at got scholly information usually a month or so after being accepted.

Congrats to both of you! I'm excited to hear that they are giving out decisions now...I hope to hear something by Christmas. Did they email you or were you just notified via status checker?

Just status checker! I haven't received an email from the school about it yet but the message on the status checker said I would receive a letter in the coming days.

Wow congrats I'm jealouse.. I got an email as well but it said nothing about scholly and our numberas are similar.. I have 157 3.47 maybe they only email full schollys and ill at least get a partial with my acceptance in the mail. I can't justify mercer at sticker.. but I am very interested in the school.

congrats! i definitely feel the same way. and since all of my family is in the south it makes it even more hard to turn down.
