now that the holidays are over, maybe we will get some movement... but don't get your hopes up, Hastings is known for being super slow .

last year the first batch of RD seems to have gone out the Thursday after New Years. Could we expect decisions in the next couple days?

This has been a very strange and slow cycle for all the schools. It seems as though they are a solid month behind from last year. It could be the change in the LSAT being so late from previous years. I read somewhere that the December LSAT scores still haven't been released and people are freakin'
I took mine in June and October, so I don't have that worry (thankfully!)

The people I've met at Hastings admissions seem to REALLY discourage inquiries application status. REALLY A LOT.

Hello. So I did ED and I received my acceptance December 15th. However, I believe regular admission acceptances will start going out mid January.. Also at a west coast law conference the Hastings representative said it generally takes 6-8 weeks for a decision to be made once an applicant has sent in all required materials... Good luck to everyone

November 1st! And I went complete on the 12th I believe they sent me the e-mail.

Congrats! You can worry less about your cycle now Hastings is a pretty awesome option to fall back on if the other schools don't show you some love.

Exactly what I was thinking! I know a 1L and a 2L at Hastings and they're both pretty darn happy with the program. I'm still holding out hope for the other schools, still visiting BC and UCLA and such, but this is greaaaat.
