Less than a week left.... a little part of me is dying inside. And completely unable to focus on finals.

I know what you mean. I was sitting by the phone the whole day yesterday hoping they would be a week earlier than last week. Friday cant get here fast enough.

I can't decide how to bottle up my crazy on Friday. I'll be done with finals then, so NOTHING will be distracting me. I need something good to take my mind off of my impending doom.

Mall? Go for a hike? Go on a long drive? Do hard, hard drugs? .........SCRABBLE DELUXE EDITION?

Deep into reading ED and RD apps & we'll be posting more updates in the coming weeks. Also, remember you can check your status online.

"in the coming weeks"?

They wouldn't make us wait longer than this Friday, right?-- especially considering that the past few years have seen ED news arrive on the 3rd Friday of December? And also considering that the office presumably goes into deep freeze for winter break at some point.

Maybe if we cry out loud enough on this forum, they'll have pity on us and release our decisions earlier. Because... they have nothing better to do than creep on these forums and listen to our pleas, especially now.

Yeah, I just went 12/15 also. So far the people who have gone 12/15 have LSATs of 172, 169, and 168 with GPAs of 3.6, 3.9, and 3.8 respectively. Charizard, what are your #'s if you don't mind me asking? Because if you have a 155/2.7 that could possibly mean the 12/15s are rejections but if you are a 173/3.4 that could mean we're accepted or it could mean nothing but I will say that if nothing else this makes me feel strongly that we'll be notified one way or another on friday.

Also, any input from current Chicago students would be much appreciated btw.

I'm not sure if this helps your pattern but... 3.7/169. I'm not expecting anything great, but I'd like to know since I've been mentally preparing myself for disappointment on Friday... I don't know if I could take another week.

Any word from ED applicants who haven't gone 12/15?

I wouldn't say that the update means your decision is like to go one way or another, but it does look like decisions are eminent. Good luck y'all.

Well, I donno but I will say that the eight or so people who have gone to 12/15 are pretty comparable to the ten or so people who got in ED last year according to LSN.
