Yea. I was incomplete for almost a week until they got the report.

I submitted my app 9/28 and they already sent me my information for the status tracker and everything.... but they haven't requested my report from lsac? Anyone else run into this where they took extra days requesting the report but had already sent you status checker info? This is the top school I want, and it is a bit of a reach, but I just hate seeing the Incomplete when I goto the status checker.

They requested my report immediately, then it went complete four days later (only 2 business days though) so I'm not sure. Maybe you should call them. On your LSAC account it doesn't say your report was requested???

Hmm.. on my apps that I haven't paid for yet that are still "in cart" it says "Transcript Not Requested"-- but those are the only ones. Are you sure your payment went through? LSAC apparently has been messing up lately, so on Monday if it hasn't processed I would call.

yes, i'm sure it went through. I even have a status checker and everything... it's just still in my active applications and under Law School Report it says Not requested by Law School. Kinda has me twisted about it but oh well. Thank you for the advice.

Oh!! Well then does the status checker have everything checked off?? Bc then surely LSAC just made a mess up and didn't change the status.

Nope. It says incomplete and that it is missing my LORs (which get sent with the report). I think I'm just going to send them an email asking if there is something else that I need to do.

My advice is to contact LSAC first, but yeah either way..

yeah... good call. It's just kinda hard because I'm deployed right now... sometimes it's difficult to get phone calls in to stateside. Internet is easy though.

These early acceptances have me antsy! Every day I don't get a call I feel my rejection letter getting closer and closer

I wouldn't freak out yet Barbie, my guess is UTK just got smart and decided to start handling things as soon as they could get a pair of qualified eyes on these applications. My guess is that there are more and more applications piling up now so things will start to slow down a touch. Just my 2 cents though...

i guess there was a problem with "matching" on my lsac account or osmething, but now its saying that they ordered my report on the 28th, and lsac sent it yesterday. hopefully it will go under review soon and i will know... because if its not tennessee i really only have a couple others i'm hoping for, but they are my #1.... a long shot, but hoping military gives me a little bump lol. good luck barbie, hope you hear back soon.

Barbie, I am in with ~3.3 and a 163, I am not sure if that is a "splitter" in the sense that you are asking but I think from another thread our numbers are around the same. I am excited about Tennessee, and as I said higher up I wish that more schools got information out this quickly.

I think I missed this post a while back, but we are so numbers twins!! Where else are you applying??

Also, anyone else hear anything? I've still heard nuthin'!

I've been in review since 9/27. It makes me nervous with those 2 quick acceptances but according to LSN they dont get into acceptances really until November..

Don't worry, I submitted my app very early last year and it took a long time for UTK to get back to me.

But I love it here! I hope y'all get a chance to come visit, it's a great place! Good luck, let me know if you have any questions

I guess they just threw out those few quick acceptances and then decided to let the applications start to pile up before getting back to them. Just thought I would give you what little information I had.

That happened to me too, and I was wondering about that b/c they just removed it this morning.

yeah i noticed that they removed it too. probably too many people calling in wondering what it was and they decided to just not put it on there haha.
