Good luck with admission! Did you request a fee waiver or just receive it?angiej wrote:Haha, yes I was very fortunate. I listed it in my LSN account (link in my profile).

Re: IU Indianapolis Applicants' Thread
The school that gave me the scholarship granted me a fee waiver without me asking. I had to request a fee waiver from Indy.timmna wrote:Good luck with admission! Re: IU Indianapolis Applicants' Thread
Has anyone else applied to both IU-B and IU-I?
I applied at IU-B ED. IU-I is my back-up and I don't want to wait too late to apply... but I'm worried that it's bad form to apply for both. My numbers are 3.1/164 - hopefully I'll just get in at IU-B and not have to worry about.
Thoughts??

I applied to both as well. I don't know why it would be bad form-- they are entirely seperate institutions.

Congrats! So since this is your safety is it safe to assume you did not apply early decision? I'm curious to know whether they are already rendering non-binding early decisions.lalalawya wrote:Just got my acceptance! It is a safety, but still nice to know someone will take me.

Congrats!streetlight wrote:Regular decision.
I applied on Sept 9th and haven't gotten anything yet. Did your status checker change to in review? I'm just "file complete."

Re: IU Indianapolis Applicants' Thread
I honestly can't tell you, I didn't check my status for a long time after I saw "File Complete" and when I finally did on 11/8, it said "Decision Letter Sent" (11/5), and then got an email the following day telling me I was in. However, when I checked back it said the letter and email were sent on 11/8.angiej wrote:Congrats!streetlight wrote:Regular decision.

Good luck, I'm hoping for some $$$, even though I'll be eligible for in-state tuition.

Re: IU Indianapolis Applicants' Thread
It was "in-review" for about a day and then changed to decision letter sent on 11/5, and then I received an e-mail on 11/8.

Yay! I'm finally in review as of yesterday! Should I be expecting a snail mail, an email, or both?

Still in review (since 11/9). I suppose I'm over-eager. After all, it has only been 2 days. Eeeeks!angiej wrote:Thanks!lalalawya wrote:good luck, by the way!

I just noticed a "date paid" column on my status checker - is this new or has it always been there?

That column has been on mine since day 1...angiej do you know if they review part-time applications at a later date then full-time? I've been complete since 11/1 with no movement.angiej wrote:I just noticed a "date paid" column on my status checker - is this new or has it always been there?

Re: IU Indianapolis Applicants' Thread
Ok - must be my imagination. I'm not sure they would review part-time at a later date. I would think they would all go in the same review pile based on whatever methodology they are using (probably a combo of lsat and gpa). I'm still in review since 11/9. Re: IU Indianapolis Applicants' Thread
My review date changed from 11-9 to 11-24 but hasn't moved since. I wonder if this is any indication that the next round of decisions are being made. I applied in the first week of September *sigh*TT09 wrote:Been wondering the same thing...twryan wrote:Any indication on when the next waive of decisions will be made?

Re: IU Indianapolis Applicants' Thread
The new 2011 admitted students page is up. I'm convinced the next waive of decisions are on their way. For some reason, the status checker isn't working for me this morning.
