Congrats on the acceptance and scholarship to Chapman. I was really disappointed when USF didn't offer me any scholarship either. I guess this is the reason why Chapman will continue to surpass them in the rankings - they flat out outspend their competition. You won't regret your decision to attend Chapman. I did my undergrad their and the school, faculty, and students are really great. They make you feel like you are part of something special![/quote]

Thank you!! I'm glad to hear you had a great experience, I've driven past the school a few times and it looks beautiful while I have only heard good things from people who went to Chapman. I did my undergrad at CSU Long Beach and had an amazing time and I definitely sense that Chapman is somewhere similar in that they make you feel like you're part of a special community - it seems like you can combine a great education with a good time

Put down my seat deposit! If you have any questions, I really encourage you to call the admissions staff -- I was really surprised by how helpful they've been and how genuinely excited they are about their program.

Regardless of acceptance, ding or WL, is it Chapman's fashion to send an email or snail mail, status checker...?

I believe I read here that they email you if you are WL?

I was emailed and put on the waitlist...I really dont think they even considered my app yet. I emailed them about 4-5 days prior asking them/LOCI-ing them to see what was going on (had been complete since 1/27). Got a rather cold email response to my email, then a few days later...waitlist.

I was waitlisted and received an email...if you send them an email inquiring about the status of ur application, they'll respond to you almost right away. I was in review since 01/05 and hadn't heard a thing. Once I sent them an email, they told me I should know within 10 days and just a few days later I got my waitlist email.
