Absolutely not, we all know the subversive games adcomms play when it comes to the Waitlist Meh Device. (WMD)
This is in no way a reflection of whether or not I hope you will or will not get in (good luck!) but it is, ultimately, a policy of the sing bar to hold the view that a WL "don't mean shit."

LOL I thought I'd try, pretty happy about them though. Can I sing if I get off of them at least?

The motion has to be seconded to be carried.
If that packet from W&L is an acceptance I'll be here soon.

166/3.67 --might be considered URM, but I'm actually Spanish, so i have no idea how this affects me.
I've thrown Hail Marys everywhere-In at NYU and happy enough to dance a little monkey dance!!!
In fact, I think I will

I only applied to T14 schools.
I've been accepted to 3 for 3 (of 8 ) so far.
I've been offered a full tuition scholarship at one school.
Life is extremely good.

160 / 3.02 URM - In at UVA. Even with ED and URM status, I didn't think I was going to be selected so quickly, if at all. Just wanted to let people now that LSP and LSN statistics are not written in stone or harbingers of your legal destiny. Take a chance with some of your applications!
