I am sure the answer is here somewhere, but what is the typical wait between when you go complete until a decision is reached?

I know I have a long time to go (I sent my app in about 10 days ago).

Thanks. I guess I have a VERY long time to wait. Is that typical of most schools?

went complete 11/16. anxiously waiting.

"typical" really depends on the school. some schools like UC davis are known to be VERY SLOW and others are quicker. fordham is about avg. autoadmits will often get in quicker at any school of course.

Yeah, I'm waiting since 11/16.

Anybody got the answer to the question on the previous page I made?

I was admitted exactly 4 weeks after I submitted my app. Then you've got the people who've been waiting forever. We can't figure out any rhyme or reason as to what profile of applicant is admitted, and how long any profile takes to get admitted (or even hear back), though. So I wouldn't set up a calendar or anything like a countdown... good luck-

And so, here we are.... 4 more days before we hear anything.
I am sort of kind of losing hope.
Have a great weekend, all.

Maybe we can organize one as a flash mob on the ASD.
I'm in.
I think you guys should do this. After all, there'll probably be food.

Speaking of ASD, is there not an 'In at Fordham' thread yet? I think it would be kind of neat to meet some TLSers there  but obv. this isn't the place to organize that.

Good luck guys!!

Got waitlisted today via snail mail.
Black Male
3.45 from Cornell, master's at Columbia
159 LSAT

Should I take this to mean that I'm going to be waitlisted at all the other schools I applied to?

I'm going to send back the waitlist form asap. Did most people include a LOCI with this form? Is it too early to include an LOCI? And if I decide to include one should I send it directly there or through LSAC online?

Best of luck to all those still waiting, and congrats to those accepted.

Admitted Students Day is Sunday January 24th, and we're planning to meet up beforehand for anyone who's going to be in the NYC area.

Tentative plans are breakfast before the event, which starts at 11:00am (registration at 10:30).

PM me for details, or check out the Fordham Class of 2013/2014 thread. Hope to meet some of you there!

Good luck to everyone waiting on hearing a response, I'm sure you guys will get some good news soon :D

Meanwhile I'm gonna be sitting on the hope that all they say about Fordham going deep into its waitlist being true, and hoping they won't have to go too deep to get me out of it XD

I visited Fordham two weeks ago and they told me they are way behind on applications. I was told to expect more than a 6-8 week wait. I went complete on 12.29

Yes - many of us who went complete on 11/16 have yet to hear anything. Long process!

So I talked to admissions today, and it looks like I'll be helping at ASD. So happy! This seriously beats worrying about grades. <3
