I would really like to know what conditions that very temporary poster encountered a few pages back that prevented him from getting his stipend. I thought they were fairly generous about giving those out.

Never said they were dumb and considering I plan on being one in the future I thought it was funny. I sat through a deposition a few weeks back and although it wasn't about a dead person the questions were pretty redundant and started getting funny towards the end!
