Now that ED decisions have started coming, will they come consistently now for the next few weeks, or will there be a gap of a few days/ weeks before the next batch of decisions?

Last year ED decisions came out on 12/16 and RD decisions started on 12/17. In the two years before that, though, ED decisions started in December and RD people didn't start hearing until January. Hopefully last year was the start of something new.

I'm actually not sure. I think it should be pretty regular though (hopefully daily!!)

That's hard to say, because they haven't started this early before. When they were issuing the first ED decisions later in the month they had to get them out pretty quickly to meet their promised 12/31 deadline.

Yep it specifically mentioned it and said we would be getting our financial aid info in an email separately. So yes, the scholarship is 100% in existence.
