Oh, I COMPLETELY agree that it hurts. And even if there were no medians reported I still don't think having a 3.3 could NOT hurt you in today's inflated climate. The first time they see your grade they'll think "that's a crappy GPA," even if it's subsequently explained away. I bet West Point kids run into this problem all the time.

Sitting on a 12/19 completion date here. I like how regimented Stanford seems to be with making initial decisions. It makes the wait a bit easier.

Mid November completion date, still UR.

Today was negative temperature when I woke up, and I am convinced that Stanford has been waiting for a day like this to admit me so I appreciate it more.

I hope you're right. Based on LSN there weren't a lot of decisions between early and mid March last year, but then again last year there was a wave of rejections and acceptances at the end of Feb/beginning of March, and we haven't had that this year. So.... maybe?

Ha well it was sort of an off-hand remark, based mostly on casual lurking ITT for the past few weeks. The decision dates seemed really organized and easy to predict. Now I can see that there are several people who've been waiting since early fall. I wonder if there will be any pattern for you all. Here's hoping that it's worth the wait!
