if someone on this thread has connections now would be the time to pull them and ask if we're done for the summer. or just call.

I've called before and they seem to really not have much to say. I feel like at this point the class is full. However, there WILL be people who drop out / defer throughout August. That could turn into a few acceptances. There is a chance that it won't be any of us TLS'rs.

That's probably the best bet at this point. It was fun bros. Lots of us made it out. The rest of us still have great options :)

Those stats are all fake. I'm a non-URM super splitter.

Anonymity, yo.

So yeah, e-mail sent. If any of you have a ridiculous LSAT and it turns out Harvard needs one, there's one less person standing in your way. Good luck, all.

People like you make life more difficult for people who are actually trying to accurately assess their chances.

If you want to remain completely anonymous, don't post your numbers. But what's the point of making shit up?

Sorry, I forgot there are people who haven't been around long enough to stop taking TLS profiles seriously and stick to LSN when they want to look at years' worth of pretty accurate data. I'm sure this account's whopping 72 posts and the fact that all that can be gleaned from them is my Harvard waitlist have ruined many a life. I'll go off myself now.

I learned to be skeptical of Internet folks a long time ago, champ.

Just wanted to point out that you made shit up, which could have misled people, for absolutely no reason. Just because you can do something doesn't mean you should.

Very true, though I did have a reason.

Again, good luck to all. I'll update my real entry in the spreadsheet.

ETA: except, whoops, it's comment-only now.

Can people just chill out about putting numbers up in profiles? LSN is hugely useful, but as for profiles, a) if they get in, they'll probably report the numbers on the thread, b) if they get rejected, they will probably do the same, and c) if neither of these is the case, the profiles are only minimally helpful anyway.

When I check someone's numbers, I think: oh, he had a higher LSAT than me, that's why I didn't get in; oh, he had a higher GPA than me, that's why I didn't get in; or -- these numbers make no fucking sense, but I still didn't get in.

And as for putting fake numbers up -- everyone's got a priority when they got in this forum. Who the heck cares?

I've noticed a lot of my number twins/extended numbers family seem to have abandoned LSN. A few have trickled in in the last few months, but it kind of sucks that I can't tell if most got in and got so drunk in celebration they erased LSN from their memories or if they are doomed to the eternal waitlist.

I'm waiting until next year to apply but I've kept up with this page to brace myself for the crushing disappointment I'm bound to feel 1 year from now.
