Waitlisted via status checker also. Wouldn't have attended without a significant scholly anyway. Above 75th LSAT, AT 25th GPA.

STATUS WENT TO WAIT LIST?!!! WHEN DID THEY START THIS!!?!!???

Today is the first time we've had someone report that their status checker shows waitlist. And looking at LSN, there are three people who have reported waitlist, but two of them are actually held for further review (and the other one probably is as well) and not actually "waitlist."

So it looks like they have started officially puttting people on the waitlist this week. It makes sense, since they are supposed to give decisions by the end of the week and that means everyone should be accepted, denied, or waitlisted.

I feel like i am most likely looking at a rejection now since those that got WL have numbers that can be described as stellar relative to mine. BUT i think most that are WLed are FT only. I am FT/PT. Who knows...

All of this waitlist stuff is very interesting...maybe...just MAYBE...those of you with application complete at 4/22 will change to DR tomorrow along with some others (myself included) and they will be acceptances? Maybe they are done with all of the rejections...This is all wishful thinking on my part. Has anyone else changed to DR 4/28?

I have not really contributed to this thread because everyone else has been pretty ontop of it but I figure I will jump in at this point:

Applied for only FT
Completed 2/24 (no changes yet)

I actually applied to the JD/MA(Economics) program, not sure if anyone else did that... I have been wondering if that will play any role in my admissions decision as I think I am a pretty competitive candidate for that specific program (trying to take anything and use it in an optimistic way at this point haha)

I regret not applying to SMU earlier. I did not know anything about it and it got to the point where I had to apply because I loved everything I was reading/hearing/etc. I really hope I get in but I know it is a long shot.

At this point I think it's safe to say (despite anything admissions might say to the contrary, because frankly I don't believe anything they tell us anymore) that there will only be a handful of FT acceptances this week, and that they will most likely go to applicants with above-median numbers.

Not trying to rain on anyone's parade (myself included), but I think that's the realistic view to take for those of us with below-165's that are still sitting on complete's.

On that slightly depressing note, congratulations to all of you have received PT acceptances!

P.S. On Tues/Thurs mornings I have a poli sci class on the 3rd floor of Florence Hall in the law quad (I'm an SMU undergrad). It is incredibly depressing to walk in and out of that building not knowing if I will be there next year.

I asked about scholarships. She said that they would be referring my file to a scholarship "committee" and that I would be notified in approximately two weeks if I was going to be awarded any scholarships.

Kinda stinks though because I was hoping they would sweeten the deal just a little with some money. Although, I know I'm pretty lucky to just be getting an acceptance.
