How do you guys manage to not check incessantly? I've been glued to TLS and my email for so many afternoons since interviewing earlier this month and it's affecting my ability to focus on projects at work.

Has anyone visited and met with an admissions officer? What was that like? Any tips?

I can't decide if its good or bad that I haven't heard anything yet. I'm a fringe candidate (LSAT 25 GPA 75) with very strong softs, non-URM (unless being 30 counts as underrepresented haha), so I'm certainly happy not to have been dinged, but also sad that I haven't been asked to interview. Awesome to see that several non-interview folks got in today though! Good luck everyone!

Went complete late April and for someone who asked earlier, LSAT 25 and 50< GPA <75alpinespring wrote:Congratulations! For us poor souls in waiting, could you perhaps share your complete date?bartlettadmin wrote:In! Also without interview
Also, do we have the consensus that if you haven't heard back within 2 weeks after your interview, it's not a good sign, right? Sigh...

Ignore me entirely lol. I have no idea why I typed April. Maybe I'm thinking about my birthday lol. Anyway. I meant December. I'm gonna get me acceptance rescinded for being an idiot. Also no interviewKeilz wrote:Those are close to my stat ranges! Did you interview? Also which month? Question - I'm not yet admitted (haven't heard back either way). Is there any scholarship/financial aid info I need to fill out in advance of admission? The wording is not entirely clear and I don't want to make an error in waiting to apply until admitted if that will put me out of the running of general aid.

Is there a penalty to NOT submitting that ahead of time?Pozzo wrote:They use CSS like many schools, so you can do that ahead of time.AlexFergusonLS wrote:Question - I'm not yet admitted (haven't heard back either way). Re: Columbia c/o 2020 applicants (2016-2017)
Hi lovelies,
I'm looking for some advice here. I submitted my application in early January but haven't heard a peep. It's a bit strange considering I've been accepted at both University of Chicago & NYU, and just recently received my JS1. I think it may be related to the fact that I submitted two LORs from professors, even though I have been out of school for a bit. One of the professors, however, can speak directly to my job experience because he worked in collaboration with me on the project and essentially "supervised" me.
Thoughts about sending a LOCI with another LOR from my current employer (non-professor)?
Thanksss

Agree with Keilz, don't think this really counts yet as the kind of lengthy wait that would be concerning in any wayKeilz wrote:I don't think you've been pending long enough to..it's only been a month or soeileenbae wrote:Hi lovelies,

Re: Columbia c/o 2020 applicants (2016-2017)
Thanks guys! As you can imagine, seeing other folks get admitted with lower numbers and later submits can be a bit frightening. But alas, all things in good time. I will take this energy and obsess over my JS1 and financeslsa16 wrote:Agree with Keilz, don't think this really counts yet as the kind of lengthy wait that would be concerning in any wayKeilz wrote:I don't think you've been pending long enough to..it's only been a month or soeileenbae wrote:Hi lovelies,
