What time do people usually go UR2 during the day? I would like have an f5 button after this is all over.

I went ur2 between 9 and 11 am est

It seems to be a quick turnaround after UR2 only if you are going to be accepted, but I could be wrong. Any guesses when the next acceptances might go out? Is today even a possibility?

Last week DLS went out one Wednesday to some people who went UR2 the Monday of the week prior. I would expect DLS (accepts and rejects) to go out this Wednesday to those UR2 on 1/27 and next Wednesday for those who go UR2 today.

But you can never know for certain how the cycle will work out. There are no set rules and they can change their process at anytime.

This. For the past two weeks it has been wednesday decisions for those that are easy-in's. From a #'s point of view it looks like those who may be on the fence will recieve a decision later on.

Has anyone submitted a "Why NYU" to them after having already completed their application? Any potential advantage to doing so?

Went UR2 1/24 with GPA = 25th and LSAT > 75. Getting a bit antsy!

Definitely felt like people with our scores were assumed to be a lock at NYU. Hopefully they're just checking out the applicant pool and putting out most acceptances a little later in the cycle than usual.

Not quite worried yet, but I'm starting to get antsy. NYU is my #1 'safety' school, so a ding there would make anxiety level over this cycle go through the roof.

I think it varies. Mine was 10 days (UR1 1/17, UR2 1/27). But I wasn't notified I was UR1 until 1/23 and then the date on the status checker said 1/17.

So 10 days between the posted date seems possible, but I think it might vary based on when you submit and you may not find out you are UR1 until a few days after the fact.

Woah! Reading comp error. My time between UR1 and UR2 was 10 days. I have not gone to DLS, so I cannot say. Tomorrow would be my 10th day since UR2 though. It has seemed to be a trend that many people are admitted on the 10th day. Some have been dinged. But there are lots of people who are sitting in UR2 for more than 10 days. This seems to neither be an especially good nor bad situation. I cannot recall anyone ITT being accepted or rejected more than 10 days after UR2. (Admittedly I have not been following this thread for very long.)
