Re: Northwestern Law c/o 2018 Applicants
Does anyone know about movement for Held applicants? Has there been a lot, or any at all? If there is a thread I would appreciate the link to it.

last year's thread suggests that this will drag into May. not a lot of admits from Held last year, and it seemed very numbers-driven. highest LSATs etc. a solid majority in that thread went to the WL

I feel like this is to be expected, as Held is really a form of WL.sneezus wrote:last year's thread suggests that this will drag into May. not a lot of admits from Held last year, and it seemed very numbers-driven. highest LSATs etc. a solid majority in that thread went to the WL

That moment where you tell your mother I am in. Priceless emotional encounter filled with tears and smiles.
But that doesn't mean that you can't be proud of yourself and make your parents proud if you attend a different school. You will look back and laugh at those days if destiny leads you to pursue your passion in a different school.

When I told my dad that I was put on hold, he beat the shit out of me with jumper cables. Any advice on how to make them proud of me again?Guyver wrote:That moment where you tell your mother I am in. Priceless emotional encounter filled with tears and smiles.

Held and my "last day that I would consider admission" came and went without a peep, so I'm withdrawing. Good luck y'all!

Tbh, NU just isn't high enough on my list to sit around waiting for them to officially waitlist me. It'd be nice if there was a "hey your date has passed, we're confirming you no longer wish to be considered" email, but I'm not too upset about it.

Is there anybody else here still held at this point? I was held in mid-March and am still waiting for a decision.

Yeah.. I assumed so too, but seeing new posts coming up everyday kinda made me think whether NU forgot about my app..tuxedocat wrote:Pretty sure literally everyone is still held brojungpark1229 wrote:Is there anybody else here still held at this point?
