Just received a 30k over 3 years. As an extreme splitter, I will take it!
Ohhhh, hope for the splitters--wonderful, glad to hear it!!!
Congrats! And I agree with SMA, it's nice to see splitters get love.
I need a decoder ring for splitter terminology though. Can we define terms and use something like tall/grande/venti/trenta?

I'm pretty sure
I didn't mention any other offers in my essays, and I still got the Wigmore. I don't think that was necessarily the point of the essays; after all, you can always come back and ask for more money to match, after receiving your initial offer.
+1 In fact, my essays were really sincere, perhaps the most sincere I've been in this whole process. Perhaps I should have saved them (wrote them right in the essay box)...

Thanks!
On the splitter terminology scale, I am the biggest size they have at Starbucks. PM if your interested in exact stats.

Congrats, folks! I'm a splitter too (172/3.3), and I was hoping for at least a little money since I've gotten need-based everywhere else (and some merit as well). I'm hoping they're not finished, but even if they are, I'll probably attend due to their LRAP- it's the best of any place I've looked at. It's hard to turn down money in the hand for future promise of loan payments though...

Also just got the 30k over 3, since I've already committed and paid them money I was pretty surprised and happy.

admitted via email just now . . . submitted in mid-January. Very happy to hear it.
I know I need to simply RTFM, but can anyone tell me if there's any chance of getting merit or need-based aid at this late date?

I wish schools would let us know if we did not receive a scholarship, instead of just letting you know if you did, leaving you to wonder.

Does anyone know when the last of the aid awards are typically granted? I understand that NU might technically have until the deposit deadline, but in reality...?

So other people have said "that's it" for the NU awards--can someone verify? When does the "rejection" letter come?
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
