Then why modify my statement to read WA & CA, thereby excluding other states? My statement was in no need of "fix"-ing.

While it's true CA & WA are having problems, so are a lot of other state schools.

Louisiana schools (except the main campus of LSU) just had a 5% tuition increase w/ another 5% coming soon and legislation just approved to remove the necessity of a 2/3 vote to increase fees/tuition.

Chill out Aggie. I was just making fun of the fact that WA and CA are 2 of the worst states w respect to budget. I didn't fix your statement to say JUST WA and CA. If you really want to play that game, please show me how EVERY state is having budget problems.

Again, it wasn't something that was meant to be offensive, and I don't know why you are getting so defensive about it.

I live *right* off campus in a house with some friends and I didn't get anything either (mailed 3/11)

Everyone here has these crazy theories but I think we should stick to the simplest theory is probably right:

There are probably 2-4 people licking and closing envelopes for a few hours a day. Just keep it together and focus on finals Life goes on either way... The economy is doing GREAT and I'm sure none of us will have trouble getting jobs...
