I had a fun time doing my interview in the outside hallway where I work, attempting to avoid any other employees while occasionally mouthing "doctor's appointment" and pointing at the phone.

I had actually booked a conference room in the library at school, which would have been perfect if it wasn't closed on the day of my interview because we had a snow day. I actually used a room in my RA's apartment, since I live in quite a rowdy apartment and didn't want to deal with someone trying to mess with me or being too loud.

I got an email from Wash U about checking out one of their concentrations or something last night at like 11 after my interview and I thought it was a decision at first…heart almost stopped.

Get used to that. Wash U emails at least once a week about various things. I've been invited to ASD three or so times. The "Spotlight on X Law" emails are pretty neat, though.

. I'm going to March ASW and I'm already tired of them spamming me about it

. They did email me my contacts and one of them emailed me today. I really hope these contacts can answer my IP questions!

Is anyone bringing a guest? I don't want to be the only person there with one.

Did you get the email that some people got yesterday about our filing moving to the scholarship committee?

And I'm not bringing a guest, but I'm sure it's not that weird. As long as you just don't sit and talk to them the whole time and reach out to other people I think that's good.

I'm supposed to email a couple of admitted students. (I'm a 1L) I'll probably do it right now. If you haven't heard from your contact yet, they're probably buried in Legal Writing, which is a time-suck nightmare.

I did not. I assume that may be bad news for my scholarship hopes pre-negotiation. Yea the only reason I'll be there will be to learn about the institution and network.
