DR today. I'm not completely devoid of hope, but optimistic would be a hell of a stretch.

165/3.44 But I wrote an addendum about the gpa 2.85 first year and 3.88 second year. I'm hoping being an orthodox Jew might increase my chances for diversity reasons, though I sincerely doubt it. complete on 1/20.

I doubt the Jew-ness will help. LOL. I'm +1 minus the orthodox. Jews are rampant in law. Which sucks, wouldn't it be nice to be considered URM status?

Your numbers are pretty good though! You definitely have a fighting chance!

Lol. I know. I'm hoping my addendum was convincing enough for them to look at my gpa as a 3.84; I switched majors from computer science to English.

Quick question: How does BC notify about merit aid? Email like WUSTL or snail mail?

It doesnt seem like anyone outside of named scholarships have heard as of right now. However, snail mail would seem to be in their MO

For those of you who have heard back yet, what kind of envelope does a ding/in letter come in? I only ask because my letter was sent to my school address and I'm on spring break right now. One of my housemates had told me I received a "regular sized thick-ish" envelope

What does this mean???

that sounds like a WL, regular size are either WL/ding. Thicker would mean two sheets of paper maybe? - which would be WL.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
