UR2 since 12/12, applied 11/2 with what I thought were competitive stats. Now I'm just scared.

I guess they have us in the purgatory pile; I got into Penn so I mean that's not a bad safety net. Just waiting the rest out.theothercat wrote:+1BrittanyJeream wrote:Still UR2 12/28 I've been in purgatory since 10/28

Re: NYU c/o 2020 Applicants (2016-2017)
I applied on 1/23/17 and have not received any email of any kind from the school, including about a status checker. My LSAC account says my CAS report was sent on 1/24. Is this normal at this point (almost two weeks later)?
EDIT: Solved.

Splitter here and UR2 since 12/20. Expecting waitlist based off of last years cycleashrice13 wrote:So interesting trend on LSN. All 4 people who have posted their rejection have a GPA below the 25th. Even though 2 of them have an LSAT above 75th (172). No splitter love in a down LSAT cycle?
Please-- make wild assumptions based on the statistical signifigance of 4 people. I know I am.

Also, I think someone asked when my email was sent. It was around 6:30am ET.

Re: NYU c/o 2020 Applicants (2016-2017)
Meh, scored around the same but also started feeling really anxious about not being ready like the week of the LSAT and broke 170 more than once. In fact, I scored over 170 like three times in a row in mid-September and then had a drop to 167 (which ended up being my actual LSAT score), scored two more above 170 the week of the twentieth, then dropped AGAIN to 165 --- and probably started panicking around then. Also didn't study very long before the Sept test because I was worried about burning out (maybe two or two and a half months). I really don't WANT to sit out but also... I just don't know.Keilz wrote:Did you score lower than you did on PTs?brinicolec wrote:Thanks.
