I have a feeling that a lot of people are going to start hearing back next week, based on threads from last year, mid-november is when schools start making big moves especially on October applicants! If I don't hear back from my first choice next week I'm going to send out more applications to additional fallback schools. I was trying to save some money in the hopes that I might hear back mid november... but no biggie. The anticipation is killing me.

I've been away for some time - the site made me too angry at my last LOR for not submitting yet. However, she says it will be there this weekend. Meaning I can apply and come back to this site happily

I know - and it took 11 weeks for her to write it. It's almost an art to balance the reminder to write it without coming off as rude. Oh well, I know one girl (can't think of her name) was in the same boat as me: the sympathy is strong.

Nice! I'm hoping that my recommender will follow through by the end of the day today, and I can experience some of that glory as well.

Why the evaluation? I kind of just ignored that option and defaulted to the letters. Are evaluations better in some circumstances?
