Interview went really, really well. Hoping for the best. Never been to STL but I'm going to visit it and strongly consider it if I get in.

Got the very same email this afternoon. Was hoping it would tell me I already have stacks on stacks on stacks!scotth724 wrote:Whoa weird timing. Literally just got an email from WUSTL saying that my file has gone to the scholarship committee for consideration. Is this normal for every admit?

guess so...Lebrarian_Booker wrote:So if they offer admission but ask you to pay sticker price you'd still attend?matthewfsq wrote:hmm, actually i will 100% attend WUSTL if i get the offer, hahascotth724 wrote:And yeah, matthewfsq, I hope you understood that you are guaranteed a decision by that date because you agree to attend if you are admitted. If you did not know the process was binding, I would urge you to call WUSTL and see if they can change you to RD and sort things out.
PS: i know ED is binding. my interview is due next week, hope it's good news. SOOOOOOO NERVOUS

WUSTL is a contender if I get the nod. When you put it against BC and BU, which are my strongest regionals with comparative stats, it begins to make more sense since it's significantly cheaper to be in St. Louis.

Hmmm... I had a status checker date change to 2/18 even though I haven't yet had my interview...interesting

WUSTL's status checker seems to be pretty irrelevant, at least compared to other schools. Personally, I wouldn't read into it too much.PhenomenalWoman wrote:Hmmm... I had a status checker date change to 2/18 even though I haven't yet had my interview...interesting

WUSTL wasn't at the top of my list but a full ride sure does spice things up a tad.

Interview today. I think it went well - the gentleman who interviewed me said he would definitely recommend me for admission. Not sure if the admissions committee grants too much weight to the interview, but I hope all goes well. My fiancé and I are getting excited to escape the hellish rents of southern cal.

Good luck on the interview! I had mine a couple of days ago and got a really good vibe from them. WUSTL seems like a pretty great place.

If you wear shoes, how are you going to count all the way up to the really high numbers? Going shoeless is the smart move.JustHawkin wrote:Just remember: No shirt, no shoes, no problem!JimmyFredette wrote:WUSTL interview today. Wish me luck!
