Re: NYU c/o 2017 Applicants Thread!
All these UR stories are frightening. I've gotten about four status changes in the last three weeks, including UR 1/29 and UR 1/30. Starting to wonder if I have a hilarious typo and they're just passing my application around the office for a laugh before the ding.

UR1 10/10, UR2 1/29, and now UR3 1/30. Preparing for a ding or waitlist.

At least you guys ^^ are getting some movement. I've been UR2 since 12/2. Fully expecting a ding or waitlist.

I wondered this too but the letter and email clearly say "full tuition for all three years of the JD program" ...maybe they just started including JD schollies this year? Might explain the fact that no one has heard of it beforebbkk wrote:btw, what is Vandy? I always thought it was the full ride for JD. But I just checked the website, and it seems to be the full ride for LLM.![]()

There's no JD scholarship named Vanderbilt:

While there is a "Arthur T. Vanderbilt Scholarships" for LLM

My friend just got a full-ride (accepted December) so scholarship info doesn't necessarily come with the acceptance letter!

Me too, and for most people I'm sure it is. I've got a few unique factors to my application that I'm guessing are causing my weird cycle, PM me for specifics.
