I asked this in the Penn c/o 2016 thread, but haven't gotten an answer yet.

To the people who have received their aid packages: when were you admitted? I was admitted in early February and am not applying for need based aid. Just wondering when I can expect to hear about scholarships.

Accepted Jan. 14th, and got my aid package this past weekend.

I wrote a combined LOCI/Why Penn stating my strong interest in attending after being UR1 for three weeks and was admitted a week or so later. I also didn't submit a Why Penn initially but did submit another essay. Don't know if it helped but it certainly didn't hurt

several of us haven't...I would guess that the original UR1 group from around that time went to a 2 or more different second readers, some of whom haven't gotten to us yet. Of course, that could just be wishful thinking, and they actually decided just to auto-ding me.

Me and bateman have nearly identical applications (#s and softs), so I'm still fairly optimistic that if he got ur2 so will I... Maybe we will be ok
