Considering the URM wave is happening so late this year, I have no idea what to expect going forward. My thoughts are that Dean Deal will make non-URM calls in the next few days, but this is just guessing on my part.

sorry for being a ignorant TLS user but what exactly qualifies as URM? I believe it stands for Underrepresented Minority but does that include Indians, Chinese, and other Asians?
