I looked at a prior batch of decisions, and there were people who received their 2nd UCR the Wednesday before the Friday on which they were given a decision.
SO, for those of us waiting for 2nd UCR, perhaps we could still get it in time for a Friday decision!

I submitted just after Thanksgiving, and my last review date was 1/17, I don't really recall the dates between that.

Is it the general consensus that there are 2 UR dates followed by calls/emails on Fridays? So if I have a 12/16 complete, UR 1/20 & 1/23, it's somewhat expected for me to hear one way or the other on Friday?
