Btw for those getting DLS is this the first time you are checking today? I'm trying to figure out whether they mass update the status checkers or do it on an individual basis. Hoping it's the latter as that leaves an hour for potential updates.

I checked for the first time around 2:30 and it said DLS then. But, I think there have been multiple waves of updates in the past. Good luck!

Ok cool, so now hopefully one of you checked around 130CST/230 EST and wasn't in but now is. Otherwise the only thing I can conclude from that is that they might mass email everyone around 230 EST whenever they make decisions and then go back to reviewing apps for the rest of the day.lawschool899 wrote:checked at 1256 CST with nothing. checked again at 124 CST and it had updated.hyakku wrote:Btw for those getting DLS is this the first time you are checking today? DLS today, UR since 12/1, submitted 11/22, RD.
Lucky for you folks - I'll have to withdraw as I was accepted EA somewhere else.
Hope you get my spot!

Is it normal to have DLS and not have access to ASW? Did this happen for other admits?

Re: NYU Class of 2015 Applicants
Were you accepted yesterday or today? I think mine took a few hours to activate after I saw the DLS on the status checker and I was admitted on 12/12... They might also be slower updating because of the holiday. I wouldn't worry. Congrats!lawschool899 wrote: i dont have access either and its starting to freak me out...

I use the status checker app and have it set to check every hour. My status changed to DLS sometime between 1:23 EST and 2:22 ESThyakku wrote:Ok cool, so now hopefully one of you checked around 130CST/230 EST and wasn't in but now is. Also, it could be that I'm the only idiot who took a while to figure this out, but on the off chance that that's not the case, make sure you include the L before your lsac # when you try to log in to ASW. The way they show the example made me think, at first, that you were only supposed to use the digits, so I couldn't get in.lawschool899 wrote:Today around 230...i hope you're right! and thank you!!amc987 wrote:Were you accepted yesterday or today? Well, now that I know about the ASW I will be checking that every hour instead of just waiting on the postman once a day... yay stress

Re: NYU Class of 2015 Applicants
So it seems pretty certain that they send out the DLS acceptances around 2EST and then go back to doing whatever else they do throughout the day. Good to know. I know this has been discussed but want to focus the topic. Thoughts on what DLS without ASW on same day: WL/Rejection or still needs time to update?

Decision letter sent...UR 12/1. Real borderline candidate. We sure this is good?

Re: NYU Class of 2015 Applicants
Anyone with DLS today able to access admitted students website or receive a phone call?
I know I'm supposed to think I am in but I still wish I had someone/something say "admit."

171/3.85 is hardly 50/50. More like 90/10.lawschool899 wrote:im not sold yet. im a 50/50 candidate too.
ETA: Plus, all 171s that were waitlisted didn't have decisions until April. Come real, people.
