I'm just saying, guys like Desert Fox, who's got like 12,000 posts on TLS (probably more) I don't see as much as I do you. Not a personal attack, and maybe I'm just blowing off steam 'cuz I got dinged at Berkeley today (and, come to think of it, you go in... perhaps a subconscious Freudian misdirection? Sorry). Anyways, I'm just saying we're cool and no disrespect.
I used to run 2 forums much larger than this, and I am pretty sure I have amassed more than 1,000,000 posts on various forums. What can I say, I am a computer geek at heart and web guy by profession.

And I barely go into the social/off-topic/lounge threads. Think about that for a sec...

My apologies if this well-worn ground, but I was processing 11/30, then processing 1/28, now complete 2/2.

Are there trends for what happens and how long it takes after going complete?

Sometimes I like to pretend its a self-tar. It makes me feel like Caesar seeing Alexander the Great's Statue in Gaul.

Still not in review.

167/3.9....should I whip up a "Why Cornell" essay before I go into review

Sounds like a good idea. Every school I did that to gave me the WL (when I prob should have been auto-ding).

Maybe it will move you up from WL to acceptance! :)

Does any know how long an applicant typically stays "under review" before getting a decision?

Hopefully I'll get some completion action this week.

looking at LSN, I found two people who reported their UR date and it seems it took 3 weeks to get their decision. I don't know if that's standard though.

Oh boo. I'm still at 2/2 complete. I will actually never get a decision from this school.

That's not necessarily a bad thing...our pile could be the mega reject pile, afterall.

Still at 1/26 complete and doing one of the LLM programs, which is supposed to be faster at rendering decisions.

Oh well :(

At this point, that would be fine with me. I just want to know.
