Private schools don't take off for Presidents day. I'm an undergrad at ND and we have school...but no offer from ND for me :(

It seems like ND is open today, I got an email from their admissions as well. So while mail will not be delivered its possible that some admissions offices are at work

Well, obviously that's an erroneous statement. I got to a private undergrad and I don't have school.
