I doubt Tiffany would even be on these forums. She has a butler for that... WHICH ONE OF YOU MAY BE.

Let's go back to speculation on JS2's and our witch hunt for the troll responsible for the JS2-Gate.
I don't think bringing that up deserves an eye roll. That decision is tremendously important, especially for the children of public figures.
Also, fair enough. I will once again place on the cowl of Grand Inquisitor and begin making arrangements to dunk the accused.

I was going to ask how to get a job being a forum-browsing-butler, but then realized that I'm already on TLS enough at work that a fair amount of my salary probably is for time spent forum-browsing.poptart123 wrote:I doubt Tiffany would even be on these forums. Are you thinking of this guy?Kinch08 wrote:Forum posters bashing Tiffany Trump isn't the same as people dragging her into public debates in the media/whatever. I've got the legal and moral right to talk shit about any any one of my fellow HLS applicants if I don't like them, regardless of how famous they are or aren't.
But I agree that we shouldn't be focusing on her, because the real enemy is that god damn Kennedy who's applying. I don't know his first name, because googling any combination of "Kennedy" and "Harvard" in an effort to find out about a specific person is a lesson in futility, but it may be Jack.
Fuck that guy.

Because I'm very prepared to add him to my secret private resentments list.
Research was further complicated by the fact that seemingly 60-70% of Kennedys are named Jack or Joe.

Although I guess I don't resent him all that much now that I know his name's not Kennedy. I can't get super up in arms about a Schlossberg getting an auto-admit; he went through life as "Schlossberg," he's paid his dues.
Is that anti-semitic? I don't mean it in an anti-semitic way. "Pearlstein" is a lovely name. "Meyer," very solid.

Anyone have any insight as to how big the February waves are usually? Not feeling like I'll be too lucky since I interviewed at the very end of January...

I'm pretty sure HLS admissions staff are holding off until they get more edible arrangements. Once they hit their quota of bribes, they'll send out some acceptances

Well, putting aside the claim that typing a falsehood on TLS is somehow exempt from any legal recourse to which the party would otherwise be entitled, I was only commenting on the notion that the "celebrity class" does not deserve protection.Kinch08 wrote:Forum posters bashing Tiffany Trump isn't the same as people dragging her into public debates in the media/whatever. Is this just a forced meme, or do JS1 and JS2 calls/emails generally come out at 4:30PM? (That would be great, because then I would know to stop refreshing/checking every 30 minutes while at work.)Saul Berenson wrote:3 minutes.

I stand by my posts. Except the one about Jack Schlossberg, because he might have an uncle on the admissions committee or something. I sure hope they don't, though this isn't the first time it's occurred to me that they might. The idea that adcoms look at these forums makes the whole process even more nerve-wracking. Especially if these forums are one of the few resources you have to guide you through the process in the first place.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
