I didn't apply to Yale either despite solid odds with my numbers+resume, and I know from PMs that at least one other frequent poster here with Yale numbers didn't either. Yale over Harvard is extremely overrated unless you have very specific goals (I'm always itching for that debate to take off lol), and I have no interest in spending 3 years in New Fucking Haven.oliverotis wrote:This. +SLSLi'l Sebastian wrote:OH MY GOD DID YOU NOT APPLY TO YALE WITH YOUR STATS?!?!?!?QuentonCassidy wrote:This wait is so long that I'm considering applying to Yale...
That said, had I not been accepted to Harvard in the first wave, I definitely would have sent in a Yale app just in case.

I'm going to maintain my state of high expectations through tomorrow at 4pm. Then I'm going to start expecting none of us hear until March. In all seriousness, this has become too distracting for me.Li'l Sebastian wrote:What if this whole week is another standstill?mdnyc wrote:Sigh. Re: Harvard C/O 2019 Applicants
There have been waves of decisions (including at least some acceptances) in the first week of February each of the last three years. It makes sense that once Admissions has every application in hand, they can do a quick scan of their LSAT/GPA spreadsheets and shoot out at least a handful of decisions. So, I think it would be very surprising if we didn't see any movement this week.Li'l Sebastian wrote:What if this whole week is another standstill?mdnyc wrote:Sigh.
