Fwiw guys, I got accepted with a Butler today. So I don't know if they saved the scholarships for late in this week or not, but they're definitely not only giving them to interviewees or such.

A dad here. I read the Columbia website and it said that the acceptance decisions are sent by email and by mail. Is that still correct?

Mail for everyone in the US(not sure if rejections/waitlists go out by e-mail or not). Your son/daughter will receive a decision 2 weeks from tomorrowlegal-beagle wrote:A dad here. No offense meant to you, Legal-beagle, but am I the only one who finds it hilarious that the dad of an applicant is posting on TLS? I mean....legal-beagle wrote:A dad here. I read the Columbia website and it said that the acceptance decisions are sent by email and by mail. Is that still correct?

I know that Butler is a 1/2 but what is that in dollars, if you don't mind saying?tlsaccount666 wrote:Fwiw guys, I got accepted with a Butler today. So I don't know if they saved the scholarships for late in this week or not, but they're definitely not only giving them to interviewees or such.

Ehhhhh this is something my dad might do if he figured out how to make a username -- let's give legal beagle a rousing TLS welcome anywayemmybee wrote:No offense meant to you, Legal-beagle, but am I the only one who finds it hilarious that the dad of an applicant is posting on TLS? My dad asked me if I wanted him to "make a call" to HLS. I was like...DAD, OHMIGAH, IT'S NOT LIKE I'M WARNER OR SOMETHING.emmybee wrote:Okay okay, maybe I am just jealous that my dad isn't cool enough to do something like this.andapieceoftoast wrote:Ehhhhh this is something my dad might do if he figured out how to make a username -- let's give legal beagle a rousing TLS welcome anywayemmybee wrote:No offense meant to you, Legal-beagle, but am I the only one who finds it hilarious that the dad of an applicant is posting on TLS? I promised myself I wouldn't post on here (hence the username), but I figured I should give you guys an update after all of the tension on this thread: received my letter in Chicago today (city proper), GPA at the 25th percentile, LSAT at the 75th. Last name in the second half of the alphabet.
