Still IR 2/22 (3rd review date). Who knows what that means...I think I'll be waiting a while

I was confused about this too. Both numbers are going around, but according to the USC website, it's 169. I feel like this changed recently, but I'm not quite sure when...

Pretty sure it changed during early fall. When I looked at the USC website over the summer, it still said 167, but when I checked in September, it had updated to 169. I'm guessing the 167 was for the Class of 2012 and the 169 is for the Class of 2013.

Damn, well I hope that number decreases for 2014 since apps are down.

I haven't been reading so this might be old/boring news... just celebrating.

Submitted 11/16 and at that point USC was one of my top choices. Turns out my attention span is questionable. IR 11/22 for forever. DF 2/28, I just flew out of town this morning so maybe the letter showed up but I got the admitted students website!!

At this point I think I could only justify USC if I were to receive a generous scholarship, which I just do not deserve with my numbers. I wish I had the time and money to go out for a visit. :\

Anybody else get the Rothman invite but are still IR? I thought that was pretty weird...

They don't automatically accept all Rothman invites who don't get the Rothman. I bet those of us not selected are now being sent to normal review...

Wow? and you guys don't call or anything? I'm on my schools like a hawk. And I've gotten most of my decisions now even though I applied late (from late DEC to Early Feb). I just couldn't sit there and be complete for three months, I'd probably call them every monday until something changed, even if you reject me let me know something. I paid a lot of money to apply to these schools the least they can do is look at my app (even if they later use it for toilet paper).

complete 11/5. I called without mentioning my name, they said it's normal (lol) and that all decisions should be rendered by May 1st. like I need any more reason to not choose USC...

there was less than two weeks between my first UR and decision (a month between complete and decision)

At least one has been called (neonx, see 2-3 pages back). Supposedly all Rothman finalists were notified last week.

Third IR date was 2/22. If I don't go DF next round, almost certainly resigning myself to waitlist (or worse).

I think right now my choice is going to come down to Penn at sticker versus Vandy with money (which I'm assuming, of course...no money has been given yet

). Not sure I could move out to LA for less than a full ride...

Was kinda hoping to have a school in the 10-14 range make it more competitive but I'm in waitlist/limbo city.
