Maybe you should! Yale is actually gonna call people today. Unlike HLS it looks like...QuentonCassidy wrote:This wait is so long that I'm considering applying to Yale...

Maybe the real reason we're all switching to Cat-tars is because cat don't have tear ducts :c

Re: Harvard C/O 2019 Applicants
The longer they make applicants wait=the more desperate everybody becomes for their approval (read: this thread)=higher matriculation %. They're playing hard to get.
Also, cat avatars have always been TCR. I got in during an earlier wave than a number of people with way better stats. My resume is nothing impressive. So the only rational conclusion is cat avatar=master soft.

I'm almost disgusted you didn't apply to Yale (& SLS?) with your stats. You clearly are not deserving of near perfect credentials. Therefore it is only fair that we swap LSAT scores. I will petition LSAC immediately to rectify the situation.oliverotis wrote:This. +SLSLi'l Sebastian wrote:OH MY GOD DID YOU NOT APPLY TO YALE WITH YOUR STATS?!?!?!?QuentonCassidy wrote:This wait is so long that I'm considering applying to Yale...

If only clever puns were a driving factor in law school admissions instead of GPA, I'd be an HLS lock.QuentonCassidy wrote:You win. Everything.Nagster5 wrote:OK I'm in on the Cat thing. Hope this works.

Not to be a tease but last year when they released decisions on 2/2, they began releasing them around noon EST but then continued well past COB... I'm going to be frantically refreshing till like 7.Li'l Sebastian wrote:Half-way through the window. I've officially given up hope for the fifth time today.

Hilde, I'm noticing a distinct lack of felines in your tar. For all we know, you could be holding things back!

Considered the same thing, then I looked at the Yale app and didn't want to spend the time to do all of the extra writings.QuentonCassidy wrote:This wait is so long that I'm considering applying to Yale...

There was also this: https://twitter.com/hlsadmissions/statu ... 6678766592schocolate wrote:There was speculation about a potential correlation between cat avatars and JS2s/other signs of movement in last year's thread. I think someone changed their avatar to a cat and then got a JS2 soon after and it escalated from there.jetsfan1 wrote:This lol. Can someone please explain the cat thing? I can't pay attention to any of my classes because I'm thinking any minute the call could come in.

I just had PE class (yes, its the only thing I need to graduate) and I spent the entire time running on a treadmill while trying to refresh TLS/Twitter/LSN. Harvard, please do another wave of JS2s to spare me flying off the treadmill and dying.Li'l Sebastian wrote:I can't pay attention to any of my classes because I'm thinking any minute the call could come in.

BTW, how many people are currently in the HLS C/O 2019 Facebook group?

130 as of today. Keep in mind this doesn't include all admitted students, but it does include a couple of admins, current HLS students, and what appears to be a few deferrals from previous cycles.oliverotis wrote:BTW, how many people are currently in the HLS C/O 2019 Facebook group?
