A number of us experienced something similar in late February. Some of this group got decisions that Thurs, some of us the following week, and some of us are still waiting.

Thanks. Can anyone who received a decision on the date of status change say whether they got their acceptance immediately on status checker with the date update, or later in the day with an email? I am freaking out a little. Really want this

I remembered wrong. Our two-day consecutive UR3, UR4 was a Thur/Fri. First acceptances from this group were the following Tues, then Fri. Then, the next Tues, Fri. I'm still decisionless.

I remember though that most people were getting 'in' via status checker before receiving the email... Acceptances have seemed to be in the 3:00 - 5:00 p ET range mostly on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Sitting at 1/17 complete. Losing hope by the day. Really was optimistic of at least a priority reserve or something.

+1 Also just placed on reserve. Anyone know if this is the same as a waitlist?

Four our Early Decision process, applicants will be re-read during Round II if they are in Round I, or deferred to our regular decision process if they are in Round II.

Complete update just now. The only possible explanation is they're getting ready for a wave of acceptances

So, no status checker date change, but I got a request for upgraded transcripts. Hopefully that's a good sign!

If you don't actually want to go to Cornell, just withdraw. It sounds like you have other options you'd strongly prefer over Cornell, so just save everyone's time and effort and withdraw.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
