cool thanks. I'm planning on calling them tomorrow morning. I emailed them last Friday, so I hope giving them 1 week before following up is not too rude (even if the question I have is extremely rude, lol)

I did, but it was nothing substantial. Just a reminder that financial aid is important, that you should submit your materials as soon as possible and that they are there to help.

Just got my VCE, also! No scholarship, but still thrilled anyways! Dated 2/4, received on the West Coast on 2/7 (for any of those who are tracking postmark dates/delivery dates).

Has anyone here ever received an application fee waiver from Columbia? I got one last year and that is why I applied to Columbia even if I know that given my below 25% LSAT it is not possible to be admitted.

But it is still strange, why did Columbia send a fee waiver to someone whose LSAT is below 25% and still state in their email that the fee waiver is "on the basis of your performance on the LSAT only"? Do you have similar experiences? For those who have received the fee waiver, would you like to share your numbers?

They send it to tons of people so they can garner more rejections. I got one with a 168/4.0.
