Why are the emails delayed by THREE days? Do you think that one of the Adcoms is sitting at their computer with a bag of chips and a soda clicking "send" one by one and laughing hysterically as each email goes off into cyberspace to find its sorry target?

After being at complete since 11/2,

Im ED PT and i just went under review for the third time today and I got an email shorty after saying that I had been defered. I never went DR. My guess is that if you go DR that means reject or in and not defer.

The only two people who have heard something yet have both been deferred.

I sent my Grandma an e-mail with some pictures attached for her X-mas family newsletter a few hours ago. I forgot that she is a hunt and peck typer, and figured that a response would have come promptly, if there were going to be one. I got the return e-mail and physically jumped back, thinking I was getting a GT reject.

She did, however, in the same message respond that "I have been praying for you to get into the right graduate school." So I've got God on my side now via Grandma. Feel WAY better.

I have spent the last half hour staring at the mailman as he sorted the mail for my apartment building. All I got was a Trader Joe's circular

Have any other DR 11/30 not received anything yet? Would it normally take more than two days DC to Boston? Have I been DINGED?!

I'd say your safe unless you for some reason got put in the wrong stack. DR 11/30 is safe.

You have given me hope. I went ED complete 11/4 and no UR as of yet. I even looked at the PDF of my application to make sure I had sent it ED today.
