Does Boalt notify you if your file has been held for committee review, or does it just sit there at "under review" until they're completely done?

I went to committee review last cycle. You both get an e-mail, and your status changes to something along the lines of "committee review." Last year they notified us around the middle of January.

I made it pretty clear in my Stanford PS that they were my first choice. In fact I think I used the words "...Stanford is my first choice for law school." But I guess you've already submitted so that's no longer an option.

I haven't submitted yet. I'm definitely going to make it clear in my PS that I would attend if admitted.
