Nothing under mine. I applied, interviewed, and was admitted in October. Then last week I got a Dillard in the mail. Don't understand it either!

from what I can tell, FinAid looks to be about 2-3 months behind admissions

Not really considering there are a bunch of sept admits who have heard nothing while others admitted much later have gotten offers

Very possible. Would also be surprising though.

I submitted ED last week on Friday. I choose not to give my skype name. If they want to interview me will they still contact me?

I was accepted in early November, and I received the standard form email telling me how to apply for aid about a week ago. The email was clearly not individualized to me in any way, and I haven't heard anything about scholarships... Should I count scholarships out? Or has anyone else gotten the financial aid email and a scholarship later? Other schools I've gotten into have sent them both at once through mail, but then again I've gotten scholarships from all of them.

I got that financial aid email too, and then got a scholarship letter ~a week later. Don't give up yet!

Did anybody else who's been in UR1 limbo since before December get a UR2 date somewhat recently? I did but I still haven't gotten an interview request or a WL/rejection. Off the top of my head I haven't heard of many people getting UR2s but I can't search the thread for it since UR2 is only 3 characters.

I went UR1 on 11/23 and then UR2 on 12/15. No interview or decision yet.

Complete earlier this month (not ED), interviewed yesterday, and in via email today. Looking forward to meeting some of you at the open house in March! Slightly above 75% GPA and LSAT.

Just got a phone call from a Virginia area code.

Turned out it was Liberty Law school asking me if I wanted to get information about their law school.

I seem to remember reading on here somewhere that Liberty has the same area code and does that kind of on purpose to law applicants because they know you will answer the call. Kind of shady.....

And not that this is application related, but a neat story (at least to me). I was talking about UVA yesterday at work and a girl there stopped me and said that her father had gone to UVA law school in the 1950s. She gave me his number and I just got off the phone with him. Turns out he was the president of the student body for the class of 1960 and still practices law in Harrisonburg, VA 56 years later. It gave me serious UVA hype. Just thought I'd share.
