Why? Being 'in review' provides its own specific type of hell, no better than the agonizing pain of being complete at Cornell.

I've tried not to fall into speculating....but I can't help but be a bit curious why I didn't go complete until 1/28 (after some of you guys) and already went IR. Is it a good thing? a bad thing? does it mean absolutely nothing?

I love that I went complete today 2/2 and the email says that if I were complete before 2/1 I can expect a decision in 8-12 weeks. I guess that doesn't apply to me, and also, I guess that means I can expect a decision in another two years.

When I called, the office told me I could email my scholarship essay. I never got confirmation, though

Did anyone else email this? Thanks!

Edit: Plus, the auto response just came back to me, which it didn't do when I sent my essay... oh noez! Wish their office were open!

I am "processing" at Cornell (1/31). I had them hold my application for Dec scores after submitting 12/15. The only school I am not complete or UR. This is almost as depressing as living in Ithaca...

Quick, those of you who were accepted and don't want to go - open up some spots for those of us "on reserve" (a.k.a. kinda on the waitlist but they don't want to say the "w" word...)

Pretty please? :3

we must be in the same pile...but i am not as optimistic about their progress as you are :(
By no means am I optimistic. I said I was inching closer to a decision--which I do believe--but that decision could be 18 parsecs away, so an inch really does me no good.

I didn't even realize Cornell gave out decisions last week... there was a month in between their earlier decision wave. I'm praying they decide to do them with more regularity now and I get a decision this month!

looks like march though from last year's lsn =( so ridiculous Cornell.
