Re: Northwestern Law c/o 2018 Applicants
I called the admissions office to see when we could expect the next found of decisions, and the representative I spoke to said that any apps that weren't yet reviewed would be reviewed in the next week or so, and that the next wave of decisions would probably be mid-April (aka next week).tuxedocat wrote:No wonder they hold so many people, those admitted student dinners look fancy as shit.tkim88 wrote:re: Johann's twitter feed, seems like they are doing admitted student events in LA and SF.

I've been wait listed and I'm wondering whether to ride it out or withdraw. I'm not willing to attend at sticker so is that an auto-withdraw or does NU offer money off the wait list?

Complete since mid November. Does this mean I haven't even been reviewed yet?

Per Johann's Twitter, they do offer money to held applicants.

For held applicants, do you guys know if it is possible to re-upload your essays after editing them? Or if I already uploaded an essay but decided to do a video later, can I remove the essay and upload the video instead? I can't see any buttons in the hold profile to do this.

I believe it said "sometime before we give tk17 a decision," or something like that.Gray wrote:When did the decision letter say they'd start reviewing hold apps? I can't access mine for some reason.

I wonder if I could sell a deal of withdrawing if they reimbursed my LSAC application fee.....

Yes it is possible, I deleted and reuploaded my essays a few times. I forget exactly how but just play around with it.mohdban wrote:For held applicants, do you guys know if it is possible to re-upload your essays after editing them? Complete late Jan. No word, held or otherwise. Should I pretty much assume I'm screwed?
