I've heard as long as a month back in Oct/Nov. I submitted 12/3 and went complete 12/12 (email 12/13). no other movement since then though. :?

So I just bumped my LSAT up from ~170 to ~178 with a 3.8x GPA. I've been UR since early November. Am I just in the hold pile until waitlist time, or can I be re-reviewed? Any ideas?

1) You CAN be re-reviewed and given a decision before WL time, but most holds end up as WLs/dings come April. However your new LSAT should play quite well in your favor.
2) Congrats on the huge jump. Using the word awesome seems insufficient to describe that achievement. Way to go!

Gratz all new JS1s!
RedShift wrote: Why is that swell?

There was some speculation regarding JS1s being sent to those who went complete much earlier on in the cycle after Jan 1st.

Your JS1 along with today's JS1s is proof that they are already starting to go back over the pool from initial complete files to send out JS1s.

I didn't expect it to happen so fast.

Also, you're almost my GPA twin so I wish the best for you. :D

I really appreciate it! I got my score in the security line in the airport and started jumping up and down and ran out. Pretty sure I almost started a panic.
