You know NYU is one of my 3 favorite law schools and if I'm fortunate and blessed enough to get in...it would be very difficult to get me to say no. However, the cat obsession of you people who I know I more likely to get into NYU than normal people because we're all a bit more insane and studious on here....makes me wonder what type of future classmates I would have.

I can just see it now. I ask someone if I can see their notes for Torts and they give me a Hello-Kitty themed flip book of notes.

Has anyone living abroad gotten a decision letter status? I haven't and I'm just wondering if I should be sad or if they might possibly be holding off on internationals... or something else that might not mean I'm rejected.

I'm international with a 12/3 status change,, but I gave them a mailing address in the States. Dunno if that's helpful.

Timma I hope so. We have been cycle mates so far. I did notice that I had a typo on my second essay which ticked me off. I didn't catch it when I sent it. It wasn't even like I spelled anything wrong. I think I pressed re-do or something and basically this happened: "well I don't know" followed by "well I don't know". Those aren't the words but that's what happened. I don't know how I didn't catch it. It's right at the second to last second of the essay though....maybe it won't be noticed or a big deal. I mean I got into G-Town with that same mistake. I fixed it for later apps.

What significance does that even have? If you went UR 10 days ago, of course you shouldn't be expecting a decision yet (unless you're ED?) I've been UR regular decision since 11/24 and I'm definitely not expecting a decision anytime soon.

You're sweet, let's hope so. I thought it was pretty good. I didn't apply to AnnBryce because I was waiting on my LSAT score to see where I would apply. Once I did get the score, I also had to deal with a paper for International Political Economy. I wanted the NYU app in so I declined on that.
