What was the response time on getting a confirmation after sending a loci? I'm not sure if I should follow up

I got confirmation an hour and 20 minutes after sending it.

As for the ACWL date change thing, I'm thinking it happened to people who submitted the form twice, but if you guys have evidence to the contrary, let a sister know.

seems like Michigan had a good yield; they updated their FAQ with this:

Please be aware, however, that our waitlist plans could change quickly, as we anticipate a very active waitlist season at a couple of our peer schools (which can have a corresponding impact on the plans of people in our projected incoming class). We will, of course, update this page frequently as we proceed through the season

at the very least, this verifies Spivey's prediction.

Can you still get dinged from the waitlist, or do you just remain on it until classes start and if you haven't been accepted by then it's self explanatory

nah, you can still get dinged. many schools do an initial clear out of their waitlists pretty early on, but it doesn't look like its a large group that gets booted.

No, I was DLS yesterday the last time I checked. Sent a LOCI last night though (didn't get confirmation email).

Edit: I sent my LOCI as a direct reply to the WL email -- is that maybe why they haven't confirmed yet/did they not get it?

Only submitted once, got the date change a few minutes after receiving confirmation of my LOCI, I think it's them adding our loci to our file?

First UR date - May 4th (Monday)

Deposit Deadline 2016 - May 2nd (Monday)
First Feeler email - May 4th (Wednesday)
First UR date - May 5th

Essentially, the first feeler emails will go out tomorrow mostly because I said so, but also because patterns. Pat-tern. Patt-ern. My friend Pat took a turn, that's how I remember it.

edit: - it's also comforting that in 2015 only 4 post-WL Acceptances are reported in the first wave ON LSN, while I noted at least 8 people report it on TLS.
