Just as an FYI for anyone with a pending alumni interview request, I had to turn down my interview and was told that my application would be placed back into the admissions cycle for "final review".
Congrats to those in the first round of acceptances!

honestly I'd withdraw the whole app if they don't let you withdraw the ED.Assasindowntheavenue wrote:+1proteinshake wrote:can't you withdraw the ED? you definitely should if you can. like ASAP.lmcghee wrote:nothing here in Northeast. pretty bummed since I have LSAT > 75, GPA Median and did ED (and then I found TLS and realized that was dumb of me)Assasindowntheavenue wrote:Been pretty quiet here. this just shows how naive I am in this process. how do I do this without ruining my chances of getting into Georgetown at allAssasindowntheavenue wrote:+1proteinshake wrote:can't you withdraw the ED? you definitely should if you can. like ASAP.lmcghee wrote:nothing here in Northeast. pretty bummed since I have LSAT > 75, GPA Median and did ED (and then I found TLS and realized that was dumb of me)Assasindowntheavenue wrote:Been pretty quiet here. just send them a polite email and give a short explanation. It won't hurt your admissions chances, they're probably aware a lot of people don't want to go $300K into debt.lmcghee wrote:this just shows how naive I am in this process. how do I do this without ruining my chances of getting into Georgetown at allAssasindowntheavenue wrote:+1proteinshake wrote:can't you withdraw the ED? you definitely should if you can. like ASAP.lmcghee wrote:nothing here in Northeast. pretty bummed since I have LSAT > 75, GPA Median and did ED (and then I found TLS and realized that was dumb of me)Assasindowntheavenue wrote:Been pretty quiet here. With your numbers, I would say even if it hurts your chances you'll be fine somewhere else and will be glad you avoided that debt.lmcghee wrote:this just shows how naive I am in this process. how do I do this without ruining my chances of getting into Georgetown at allAssasindowntheavenue wrote:+1proteinshake wrote:can't you withdraw the ED? you definitely should if you can. like ASAP.lmcghee wrote:nothing here in Northeast. pretty bummed since I have LSAT > 75, GPA Median and did ED (and then I found TLS and realized that was dumb of me)Assasindowntheavenue wrote:Been pretty quiet here. Haven't received anything in the mail yet, but got an email from Dean Cornblatt about the "Decision 2016 Law Forum," and the first line says "First of all, congratulations again on being admitted."
But I wasn't admitted yet...strange.

For everyone that has been admitted already, did you all submit on the first day?
If not, when did you submit? Thanks

Sounds like you have an acceptance letter coming your way! Congratulations! Since you haven't gotten your letter yet, do you mind sharing where you're located for those of us who are far from DC and still waiting?lg77 wrote:Haven't received anything in the mail yet, but got an email from Dean Cornblatt about the "Decision 2016 Law Forum," and the first line says "First of all, congratulations again on being admitted."

Congrats to all the admitted folks! Just a quick question: did you all do an optional essay/video? (Aside from the standard Diversity statement)
