I just don't have it in me to apply today y'all.
I'll do Chicago instead since I don't think I need an extra essay.
When's your interview, Jimmy?! Good luck!

The Philly group interview was really informal and kind of fun. Hoping decisions start coming out soon.

It actually was! Definitely was more stressed about it than I should've been.vitaquonex wrote:The Philly group interview was really informal and kind of fun. Hoping decisions start coming out soon.

Thanks! Have you by chance done a Vandy alum interview? Wondering how it would compare. Do you remember what she asked about your essay? (Not necessarily that comfortable discussing mine - depending on the questions).gobears!! wrote:I had one two cycles back and I'd say it was pretty standard. I sent her my resume and PS in advance of the interview and then met her at her firm. She then asked general questions: why law, why GULC, and then touched on various aspects of my resume/essay. You get to ask questions about GULC which is pretty cool. But because the interviewer isn't an adcomm they don't always have the best answer to specific questions.Scalvert wrote:yay! My first t14 interview request! Anyone had an alumni interview?

Yes, I live in Midwestern flyover country. I had to indicate willingness to travel, as they can't guarantee an alum will be available within a reasonable driving distance.gobears!! wrote:Are people getting alumni interviews away from the east coast yet?

Joining the thread. Has anybody considered their part-time program, know anybody who has done it or applied? I'm thinking full time would be nice but additional work experience and potential for less indebtedness is appealing.

New poll idea: Which optional response did you do?
Did anyone do the optional statement on diversity? I have a couple DS topics I could use but I feel that my PS sounds like a DS and the other topics are briefly covered elsewhere in my application. I am eager to apply but this to-DS-or-not-to-DS question is killing me. My LSAT is below the median and my GPA is at the median. I am not in a position to make the wrong choice. Any and all advice is appreciated.
