FWIW, we've got a new dean of admissions, so I wouldn't be surprised if they were (even) slower this year.lakers3 wrote:I talked to someone from admissions at a law fair last week, she laughed when I asked if we'd see acceptances any time soon. Does this mean that those who apply November or early December will hear much further down the line around March or April, or does Cornell have a smaller gap in their rolling admissions process once initial acceptances start rolling out?Lavitz wrote:FWIW, we've got a new dean of admissions, so I wouldn't be surprised if they were (even) slower this year.lakers3 wrote:I talked to someone from admissions at a law fair last week, she laughed when I asked if we'd see acceptances any time soon. If it makes it any better, my score was significantly (-8) below my PT average, so I will not be submitting until after the Dec. Lsat scores come out in January. One less application to compete against?benwyatt wrote:I feel triumphant for beating them.doublehoohopeful wrote:Same here. Though I know a lot of them probably weren't just waiting on scores.

Winter in Ithaca - discuss.
(Bear in mind - while I may have grown up in New England, I have lived the past six years in a winterless wonderland of warmth and beaches and happiness... Will I want to die for the entirety of November-March?)
