I submitted on 11/24 and haven't got a receipt from Penn.
Wondering if I should send an email to check whether they received my file. :((

I'm not sure what the general TLS consensus is, but if it was me I would send an e-mail.

FWIW, I applied at the beginning of December and received an "Application Acknowledgment" e-mail within two days.

Yup, RD, and saw that in the thread -- wonder if that means we'll start seeing RD decisions this week. Have to think there will be some September submitters ahead of me, though. Anyone else have an update today?

Penn said ED decisions would be out "early [this] week", so I imagine they'd have to come out before 1:00 pm on Wednesday. Today is a good bet.

From digging through last year's thread, I found that the first ED acceptance came on Dec. 12. This puts one week between the first ED acceptance and the first RD acceptance (Dec. 19).

Also from digging through last year's thread I found this brilliant jewel of wisdom that we should all keep in mind as we inevitably freak out in anticipation of decisions:
