ps. Mine has been updated today, and it updates once a day.. So I guess nothing for me today.
Although I appreciate that they change update date almost every single day, yet I seriously doubt they do that manually. It just automatically changes dates. Who would be working on weekends or 3 am?w0w wrote:Mine already updated today too but I would think if there was a manual entry it would update again? I have no clue how it woks though- so...
I am on the same timeline as you are, are you ED or RD?taptaptop wrote: I submitted on 10/23, got my status checker on 10/28, complete 10/29. I'll keep my info updated!

Yes, what I'm saying is if someone entered decisions today it would probably update a second time today. I doubt that it would be set up to only update at the automated time timorrow if there was a manual entry today that would create a change in status.taptaptop wrote:Although I appreciate that they change update date almost every single day, yet I seriously doubt they do that manually. yeah, seems like most schools have been a little quicker this year, try to throw as much data out there as I can, so next years applicants can be neurotic like we are.taptaptop wrote:no worries. Leaving Monday for research in DC, so hopefully I don't miss anything next week.taptaptop wrote:yes.. look at UVA, they have sent gazillions of acceptance letters already.Dream_weaver32 wrote: yeah, seems like most schools have been a little quicker this year, try to throw as much data out there as I can, so next years applicants can be neurotic like we are.

Not to feed into the speculation but in last years thread someone noted that in the year prior U of M started handing out decisions after they held the Double Wolverine Panel which is a thing they do to convince U of M undergrads to apply. This year the panel is scheduled for this monday (11/3) so maybe the same thing will hold true this year?jcdetroit wrote:I'm thinking tomorrow will be the first day we hear back.
